Enhanced buttpad for the KelTec RDB17.
Adds a sling loop and a steel QD sling attachment points on each side.
Utilizes a Magpul MOE SL® Enhanced Rubber Butt-Pad (MAG349).
This part is manufactured from Nylon using a process called Multi Jet Fusion or MJF. The parts are then sandblasted, dyed and shotpeened for a strength and finish that is comparable to injection molded nylon. The part is black throughout.
Compatible with RDB17, RDB20
Partially compatible with RDB Defender, RDB Hunter, RDB Survival, RDB-C, RDB-S (needs a top cover/cheek rest)
Installation: Apply a small piece of masking tape over the lower buttpad mounting screw to hold in the square captured nut. Remove once installation is complete

Solid Build, Unobtrusive Product
I was very impressed with how much more solidly build this stock plate is over the factory original. I don't have any significant concerns about breaking this now with rough treatment. As well, the shape of the rubber pad is so much better on this. The factory original never fit into my shoulder well for my style of shooting and tended to leave me walking out sore from bad placement. This one always "rolls up" nicely when I raise the rifle, no matter what gear I'm wearing. The use of this Magpul rubber stock pad was definitely a smart choice from bringing up great functionality to the RDB.

Should be this way from the factory
This item is highly recommended, sturdy, and well built. It does add about a 1/2 inch to length of pull, so adjust your optic accordingly. Took 10 mins or less to install. All hardware and wrench key is supplied. Should be this way from the OEM.

RDB 17 Enhanced Butt Pad is a solid buy!!
Treat your RDB and your shoulder to a very nice upgrade. Super easy to install and just beefs up the stock buttpad. There is an installation video on YouTube that covers the buttpad, Saftey Selector and enhanced magwell. All are pretty easy to install...took me about 10 min to install all 3 parts. I really like the magwell, mags really go in with zero issue and effort. Best upgrade I could do for my Kel Tec RDB

RDB17 enhanced butt-pad
I love the build quality and the fit is perfect. The only thing I can find that I don't like is that the actual butt pad looks like it absorbs recoil, however it is as hard as plastic. If you decide to make recoil absorbing pads for this beautiful add-on, I would be very happy.
